TS Fabweld provides welding and custom fabrication services. All services are performed on-site or at the location provided by the customer. We do not ship physical products.

• All quotes provided via the website or phone are estimates based on the information provided.

• Final pricing may be adjusted upon on-site inspection if the scope of work differs from the original description.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

3. Customer Obligations

To ensure the safety and efficiency of our team, the customer agrees to:

• Provide clear and safe access to the work area.

• Ensure all pets are secured away from the work zone.

• Disclose any known hazards (e.g., hidden pipes, electrical issues, structural damage) prior to the start of work.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon completion.

• We accept Credit Cards, Cash or Checks.

• Late payments may incur a fee of $25 per month until the balance is cleared.

5. Limitation of Liability

TS Fabweld is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to the property.

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other factors outside of our reasonable control.
