Refund & Cancellation Policy
At TS Fabweld, we pride ourselves on high-quality local service. Because we provide labor and expertise rather than physical goods, our policy is as follows:
1. Service Satisfaction
We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work performed, please contact us within 24–48 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to return to the site and correct the issue at no additional charge.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide notice at least [e.g., 24 hours] before your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of $50 or 20% of the quote.

No-Shows: If our team arrives at the job site and cannot gain access or is turned away, a "Trip Fee" of $75 will apply.
3. Deposits
Any deposits required to book a service are refundable if cancelled within 48 hours. Deposits are applied toward your final invoice total.
4. Refunds on Materials
If your job required the special purchase of materials (e.g., custom parts, specific lumber, etc.), these costs are non-refundable once the materials have been ordered or altered for your project.
